Unfortunately, due to the extension of the mass gathering/social distancing guidelines, we must postpone our Spring Sing / 50th Anniversary celebration originally planned for May 1-3,2020.
Lord's will, we will reschedule at a later date once things settle down and we are safe to gather once again.
Blessings to all, and continue to stay safe. 😷 Updated 4/4/2020
Brockport Church of Christ Re-Opening Guidelines
In accordance with the Governor’s recent announcement, we will conduct in-person worship services at the church building.
We will also continue to utilize Zoom meeting (same link we have been using) for those who are not comfortable coming out to in-person services, or who may not be feeling well. Please stay home if you are feeling sick, have a fever, or have been exposed to the Coronavirus recently.
What to Expect
There will be no Sunday morning Bible Class for the time being; only worship service beginning at 11am. This should reduce restroom use and thereby transmission of germs.
Prepackaged communion cups will be available as you enter each door which will include one piece of bread and a cup of fruit of the vine. There will be no passing of communion or contribution plates. Use your individual communion set at the proper time.
Boxes will be available on the table at each door with the communion sets. Please place your contribution there when you arrive, or as you leave.
Social Distancing guidelines
Maintain 6’ distancing (2 arm’s lengths) from anyone who is not immediate family
Masks are also for everyone (singing produces more moisture in the air to carry germs/viruses).
Please do not congregate at any door
Stay 6’ from everyone who is not your immediate family.
Fellowship outside, not inside, before or after services and maintain distancing.
Every other pew is taped off to encourage social distancing. Families may sit together.
Hand sanitizer is available at each door, so feel free to use it. If you have individual bottles for your own personal use, please consider bringing them.
We are taking these measures for everyone’s safety, as per CDC guidelines.
In His Service,
Scott Kelley, Minister
